If you request information from the Company or use the "Request Demo" or "Free trial" option from the Company's website then personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number, company you work for, email address) may be requested so that the Company can provide the support requested.

Third-Party Data Integration (Facebook/Meta API)

Facebook/Meta Advertising Data Collection

As part of our advertising analytics and optimization services, we collect data from Facebook's Meta API on behalf of our customers. This data collection occurs only when customers explicitly connect their Facebook Ads Manager accounts to our platform through official Meta API authorization processes.

Types of Facebook/Meta Data We Process

When customers authorize access to their Facebook advertising accounts, we may collect and process the following types of data:

  • Ad campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions)
  • Audience demographics and insights (age groups, locations, interests)
  • Ad spend and budget information
  • Creative performance data (ad creative engagement metrics)
  • Custom audience data (when provided by customers)

  • Account structure information (campaigns, ad sets, ads hierarchy)

Our Role as Data Processor

For Facebook/Meta advertising data, we act as a data processor on behalf of our customers (who are the data controllers). This means we process this data solely according to our customers' instructions and for the specific purposes of providing advertising analytics, optimization, and reporting services.

How We Use This Data

Facebook/Meta advertising data is used exclusively for:

  • Providing advertising performance analytics and insights
  • Optimizing ad campaigns and improving advertising efficiency
  • Generating reports and dashboards for our customers
  • AI-powered recommendations for campaign improvement
  • Aggregated market analysis (with data anonymized and de-identified)

Data Retention and Security

Facebook/Meta advertising data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We retain this data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by our customers. When a customer terminates their service or revokes API access, their advertising data is deleted within 30 days unless longer retention is required by applicable law.

Important: We do not sell, rent, or share Facebook/Meta advertising data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who need it to provide our services.

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Platform or when you access the Platform by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

For Facebook/Meta advertising data and other third-party platform data, we act as a data processor on behalf of our customers (who are the data controllers). In these cases, any individual who seeks to access, correct, or delete their personal information should direct their inquiry to our customer that has collected their personal information.

Since there may be no direct relationship between the Company and the end-users of its Customers, any individual who seeks to access, correct, or delete their personal information should direct their inquiry to the Company's Customer that has collected their personal information (i.e. the data controller).

Information Disclosure

The Company may disclose information that it collects, or you provide if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
